We aim to always deliver furniture as soon as possible once you have placed your order for a modern oak wardrobe. All furniture follows a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks, however, furniture can sometimes arrive quicker than this. If it does, then we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection sooner than the quoted lead time. Please note, due to disruptions caused by COVID-19, some delivery lead times may be longer. You will be informed a more accurate delivery lead time once your order has been placed with us. All delivery is subject to a charge of £20 inc. VAT that will be applied at checkout. This can change depending on the area you want delivery to and if fitting is required.

We understand that after delivery you may have changed your mind and want to return an item, whether it’s the wrong size or different to what you were expecting. In either situation, please fill in our product returns form as soon as possible after receipt of delivery, and we will arrange collection of your furniture if approved. You will be issued an RMA number to authorise any return of a solid oak wardrobe. Please note, whilst we do have a returns policy, you must ensure any unwanted items are unused and in their original packaging, free from any damage. The furniture will be inspected on its return. Any refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed back to your original payment method.
