All of our oak furniture follows a 4 to 6 week delivery lead time, but this can change depending on circumstances. Due to the ongoing disruptions caused by COVID-19, furniture delivery may be delayed, and we will be able to provide a more accurate delivery estimate once your order is placed. You will need to complete our Product Returns Form and provide us with details of the furniture including the product name and code, as well as the reason you wish to return. If you have changed your mind on an item of furniture, you will need to ensure it is in a new and unused condition when returning to us. We will inspect the solid oak bed once it arrives back with us and process a refund if applicable.
